JBS Australia’s plants specialising in lamb production utilise cutting-edge robotic technologies to deliver unrivaled precision, food safety, product quality and consistency in production. Our dual x-rays and advanced 3D scanners analyse each lamb carcase, capturing data that allows the processing robot to cut and dissect with absolute accuracy. Minimal human contact and reduced saw dust also means an extended shelf life. Production specifications are fully customisable allowing us to tailor our products to customers’ requirements.
TRACEABILITY
Our traceability program is the first of its kind on any significant scale. It links individual beef producers back in the paddock with you, our customers and our consumers. Already implemented in our Longford beef plant in Tasmania, this innovative program will soon be rolled out at our Brooklyn plant in Melbourne.
